Spinning and Mountain Biking Instructor

I was born in Guadalajara, studied Graphic Design. The sport has been the foundation of my life since childhood, was champion in Puerto Vallarta Amateur Tennis Champion in Inter University Tournament (UNIVA) 1993 and 16 th place at the National Tennis Tournament "Fathers and Sons" 1991.

In 1999, after a knee operation looking for a method of rehabilitation, I discovered indoor cycling program * Spinning *, where I learned a way to strengthen the muscles of the legs, turning the body and get a great cardio vascular condition.

In 2002 I opened my Studio spinning in the city of Guadalajara who called Free Motion and it was there I realized the need that people have to achieve and reach their goals.

-I performed and directed the first Master Class from 3.30 pm.In Paradise Plaza with 50 participants.

-Participated and directed Master Class 4 Hrs. The breakwater Hotel Sails with 70 participants.

And 3 times in the Malecon of Puerto Vallarta organized by Golds Gym. Up to 4.30 hrs.

I know how important it is for you to feel and be well, and that is why I say that I'm here to make this journey to a better life by finding the point to be "comfortably uncomfortable."

Remember that "No one lives life in one day" if it bit by bit with discipline and tenacity.

The body does what the mind commands ... MAKE IT DO IT!

In 2006 I discover the freedom of biking in the Mountain living in one of the most beautiful places in the Mexican Pacific, Puerto Vallarta where the Sierra Madre Occidental ends with the Bay of Banderas.

Strength, concentration, character, ability and especially the challenge of knowing how far you are able to come this time are the factors needed to get on a mountain bike and jump into the adventure! ... Where the road, your bike and your heart are one. Taste the dust to make your vase of water, share the sound of the river, birds and especially the vast flora that adorns the different landscapes make this discipline a unique experience.

Managed to meet up to 30 cyclists of different levels we achieved a perfect coexistence, where everyone brings optimism to get the group to reach your goal! ... You can be part of this, just make up your mind and go!

At the end of each pedal stroke, you'll realize "we have not done anything yet."

...the minimum age to enter a competition of open water is 14?
Does not matter the intensity of the activity you are going to do, make sure the heating is always part of your routine.
